POINT

●CT所見では局所欠損・中心壊死および集簇が重要である。

●上頸部の囊胞状リンパ節ではヒトパピローマウイルスによる中咽頭がんを疑う。

●頸部リンパ節転移診断はCTより超音波のほうが正確である。

●外切開によるリンパ節生検の前に，超音波ガイド下穿刺細胞診，組織診を検討する。

●左鎖骨上リンパ節には全身の癌種が逆行性に転移する。

●Modified Killian法を用いて耳鼻咽喉科領域をくまなく観察する。
