咽頭腫瘍に対するレーザー治療

POINT

●咽頭領域では主にCO₂レーザーやKTPレーザーが，腫瘍切除や血管性病変の光凝固などに用いられている。

●中咽頭がんや下咽頭がんに対するCO₂レーザーを用いた顕微鏡下レーザー切除術の有用性の報告は多数なされている。

●経口的ロボット手術においても，ファイバーガイドCO₂レーザーが近年切除デバイスとして用いられている。

●ファイバーガイドCO₂レーザーを用いた軟性内視鏡下日帰り手術は，倫理委員会の承認が必要であるが，咽喉頭疾患に対する有用性が期待できる。
