POINT

●PETは微量の薬剤分布を画像化でき,分子イメージング,機能画像と位置づけられる。

●がんに用いられるFDG以外のイメージング薬剤として,頭頸部領域では,低酸素イメージングプローブと核酸代謝イメージングプローブについての研究がなされている。

●いずれも,がん細胞が有する特異的な性質,増殖能を反映するマーカーとして期待されている。
