POINT

●HPV非関連（p16陰性）癌とHPV関連（p16陽性）癌が区別された疾患として記載された。

●HPV関連癌ではN分類，ステージ分類に大きな変更が加えられた。

●HPV非関連（p16陰性）癌のN分類に，節外進展（extranodal extention：ENE）が加えられた。
