唾液腺導管がんにおけるHER-2過剰発現および生存予後の解析

はじめに

　唾液腺導管がん（salivary duct carcinoma：SDC）は，1978年Kleinsasserら^1）により初めて報告されたが，乳がんに発生するductal carcinomaに類似しているといわれている。SDCは，唾液腺腫瘍WHO分類の1991年改定^2）の際に腺癌から独立し，同分類の俎上に載った。臨床病理学的には高悪性に分類されており，一般に5年生存率は50％以下と報告されている^3）。しかし，当科での治療経験を振り返ると比較的予後良好な症例も認められたため，その予後因子を模索してきたところ，HER-2（human epidermal growth factor 2）過剰発現と予後についての報告が認められた^4-8）。

　今回われわれは，当科で一次治療した唾液腺導管がんについて臨床病理学的に解析し，さらにHER-2過剰発現と生存率を後方視的に統計解析し，HER-2発現の違いが予後の予測に有用か否かを検討した。
