POINT

●高齢者の診療に際しては，暦年齢だけでなく，個々の余命，生活レベル，身体的特徴などを総合的に考える必要がある。

●治療適応患者の選択は，評価ツールの使用，もしくはツールに準じた問診も有用である。

●治療目標は生存延長だけでなく，症状緩和，QOL維持など多角的に考える。

●臨床研究が多数進行中であり，他がん種を含めた研究の動向に注視する。
