POINT

●上顎洞癌の治療は手術を主体とした治療が標準治療とされているが，施設により手術術式，放射線治療，化学療法の内容は異なっているという実情がある。

●動注化学療法は広く行われているものの，ガイドラインで強く推奨できるエビデンスはない。

●眼窩骨膜を超えて進展している場合には，多くは眼球摘出が適用され，温存した場合でも視機能に障害を生じる可能性があることを術前に患者と十分に話し合って判断する。

●上顎洞癌のような希少癌は，多施設で共同して新たなエビデンスを創出していかなければならない。
