Case

　患者は83歳，男性。

　6か月来の頸部腫瘤を自覚して受診した。左中頸部に長径45 mm・弾性軟の腫瘤を触知した。CT・MRIでは囊胞性腫瘤が疑われた。口腔・咽喉頭に特記所見はなく，唾液腺・甲状腺にも明らかな異常は指摘されなかった。腫瘤内容液の穿刺吸引細胞診では悪性所見を認めなかった。側頸囊胞の診断で頸部腫瘤摘出術を実施したところ，病理結果は甲状腺乳頭癌頸部リンパ節転移であった。
