扁桃悪性リンパ腫の診断と治療

POINT

●悪性リンパ腫はリンパ組織・リンパ装置に発生することが多く，なかでも扁桃に病変が出現することはしばしば経験される。

●悪性リンパ腫と一言でいっても病理組織学的分類は多岐にわたる。治療は化学療法が中心となるが，組織型に応じて臨床経過・治療レジメンが大きく異なるため，生検検体による正確な組織診断を得ることが大切である。

●扁桃の腫大は良性疾患との鑑別が困難であることがしばしばある。悪性リンパ腫など悪性腫瘍による腫大が否定できない場合で，比較的増大速度が速い際は，診断を確定するために積極的に生検を検討すべきである。生検による確定診断が得られた際は，速やかに血液内科医に相談する必要がある。
