はじめに

　脂肪肉腫は軟部組織に発生する悪性腫瘍である。その好発部位は四肢や後腹膜であり，頸部や縦隔が原発の脂肪肉腫は稀である。今回われわれは，頸部から縦隔まで進展した巨大脂肪肉腫の1例を経験したので報告する。
