腫瘍性低リン血症性骨軟化症を伴ったsinonasal glomangiopericytomaの1例

はじめに

　腫瘍性低リン血症性骨軟化症は，腫瘍産生因子（fibroblast growth factor-23：FGF-23）により腎においてリンの再吸収障害ならびにビタミンD活性化障害が起こることで惹起される腫瘍随伴症候群の1つである。原因腫瘍は中胚葉由来で良性がほとんどであるが，増殖速度が遅く局在診断が困難なことも多い。

　Hemangiopericytomaは血管外皮細胞からなる稀な間葉系腫瘍であり，頭頸部領域では鼻副鼻腔が好発部位とされている。鼻副鼻腔のhemangiopericytoma（sinonasal-type haemangiopericytoma）は2017年のWHO分類ではsinonasal glomangiopericytomaとして分類されている^1）。

　今回，われわれはsinonasal glomangiopericytomaが原因と考えられた腫瘍性低リン血症性骨軟化症の1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。
