POINT

●口内法の適応は限られるが，低侵襲かつ機能温存が可能な有用な術式である。

●術野の近傍には頸動脈などの重要血管が走行しているが，術中超音波検査を行うことで評価できる。

●咽頭後リンパ節近傍に存在する上頸神経節をリンパ節と間違わないよう注意する。
