術後の疼痛管理—鎮痛・鎮静のコツと注意点

POINT

●手術後の痛みは，患者への苦痛のみならず，心血管系への負荷，離床や栄養摂取の遅れなどで健康上の問題を生じうるので，適切な治療が求められる。

●術後鎮痛や術後経過を円滑に進めるには，術前から患者に術後痛の程度や経過，鎮痛薬を用いるタイミング，術後の飲食や離床に関する情報を提供することがポイントの1つとなる。

●術後鎮痛では，複数の鎮痛薬，鎮痛法を組み合わせたマルチモーダル鎮痛を計画し，手術中の鎮痛から術後の鎮痛へ円滑に移行していくことが重要である。
