POINT

●術後の瘢痕が最小限になるようなアプローチ法を選択する。

●顔面骨には梁構造（buttress）があり，buttressを再建するように整復固定を行う。

●整復材料にはチタンプレート，吸収性プレートがあり，症例によって使い分ける。
