はじめに

　Castleman病は，比較的稀な原因不明のリンパ増殖性疾患であり，縦隔や肺門に好発するが頸部にも発生がみられる^1）。

　今回われわれは，当初悪性リンパ腫や甲状腺癌とその頸部リンパ節転移を疑ったが，病理組織学的検査にて頸部腫瘤はCastleman病と診断された1例を経験したので報告する。
