はじめに

　原発不明頸部リンパ節転移癌とは，病理学的に癌が証明された頸部リンパ節が存在し，種々の検索にもかかわらず原発巣が見出せない病態である^1,2）。従来は予後不良な疾患であったが，近年の集学的治療の発展により生存率は向上してきている。今回われわれは，当科を受診した原発不明頸部リンパ節転移癌症例の治療成績を報告する。
