当科における顎下腺癌の眼球転移に関する検討

はじめに

　悪性腫瘍の眼球転移は，原発巣として乳癌，肺癌の頻度が高いとされており，頭頸部癌による眼球転移の報告は海外を含めても少ない^1,2）。今回，当科で3例目となる顎下腺腺様囊胞癌の眼球転移を経験した。経過を報告するとともに，当科で加療した顎下腺癌の眼球転移，ならびに過去の報告をふまえ，頭頸部癌の眼球転移について検討する。
