発熱性好中球減少症

当直医へのコール

●化学療法を受けている患者が発熱を主訴に来院した場合は，発熱性好中球減少症を考えて，診察が速やかに受けられるようにする。

●体温以外のバイタルサイン（血圧，脈拍，酸素飽和度など）や全身状態を確認する。

●腋窩温37.5℃以上の発熱がある。発熱以外の症状がないことも多い。

●救急外来で，発熱性好中球減少症が疑われる患者がいるときは，初期対応を行いつつ，当直医へコールする。
