POINT

●耳鼻咽喉科診療に用いるほとんどすべての器具・器械は，Spauldingの分類によればセミクリティカルであり，洗浄・消毒の際は滅菌または高水準消毒の対象となる。

●耳鼻咽喉科内視鏡はセミクリティカル器具に属するとみなされ，高水準消毒薬での消毒が適応される。

●内視鏡の洗浄・消毒は，消毒前の酵素系洗剤による適切な洗浄が重要であり，高水準消毒薬で消毒後の器具・器械には十分なすすぎを要する。
