濾胞性腫瘍

POINT

●濾胞性腫瘍とは濾胞腺腫と濾胞癌を合わせた総称である。

●術前に濾胞腺腫と濾胞癌の鑑別は困難である。

●濾胞癌は構造異型（被膜浸潤，血管侵襲）の有無で診断される。

●濾胞癌の予後はおおむね良好であるが，遠隔転移を起こすと予後不良となる。
