神経鞘腫と鑑別を要した耳後部結節性筋膜炎の1例

はじめに

　耳後部の腫瘤は，耳下腺腫瘍のほかに神経鞘腫など，さまざまな腫瘤形成性病変の鑑別が必要とされる。今回，右耳後部の腫瘤を主訴に受診し，術前検査にて神経鞘腫が疑われたために全身麻酔下に摘出術を施行したところ，病理組織学的検査の結果，結節性筋膜炎と診断された1症例を経験したため，文献的報告をふまえて報告する。
