鼻腔総鼻道内に生じた異所性歯牙の1例

はじめに

　異所性歯牙とは，通常とは異なる部位に萌出した歯牙のことをいう。下顎頭，下顎骨筋突起，眼窩，硬口蓋，鼻腔内などに萌出する^1）が，鼻腔内の萌出は稀である。今回われわれは，総鼻道内に発生した逆性歯牙の1例を経験したので，文献的考察をふまえて報告する。
