●難治性中耳炎の鑑別疾患としてANCA関連血管炎性中耳炎（OMAAV）を疑う。

●難治性耳漏・中耳炎をきたす疾患の特徴を知る。

●ANCA陰性OMAAV例は頭蓋底骨髄炎との鑑別が困難である。
