●明らかな原因なく急性に発症した嗅覚障害,味覚障害では新型コロナウイルス感染症(COVID-19)を疑う。
●COVID-19による嗅覚障害は脱失または高度であるが,多くは速やかに改善する。
●嗅覚障害の発生機序として,嗅粘膜の支持細胞への感染が示唆される。
●with corona,after coronaの時代に向けて耳鼻咽喉科診療の変化と対応が求められる。
