POINT

●Stevens-Johnson症候群や中毒性表皮壊死症は，表皮細胞および粘膜上皮細胞の広範な壊死により全身の紅斑・びらんをきたし，時に致死的となる疾患である。

●薬剤が原因であることが多いが，マイコプラズマやヘルペス感染による発症もみられる。

●口腔粘膜病変として，口唇や口腔粘膜の出血を伴う広範囲なびらんが特徴である。

●確定診断のために皮膚または粘膜生検による病理組織検査が必要である。
