POINT

●正中頸囊胞は甲状舌管の遺残であり，超音波検査により，内部低エコーの囊胞を舌骨から甲状腺峡部までの頸部正中に認めることが多い。

●側頸囊胞は超音波検査により，顎下腺の下，かつ総頸動脈や内頸静脈の前で，胸鎖乳突筋と接する位置に認められる第2鰓裂由来の囊胞が多い。

●下咽頭梨状窩瘻では，超音波検査で甲状腺上極から頭尾軸方向に連続した管状構造を認めることがある。
