POINT

●穿刺吸引細胞診（FNAC）は穿刺方法と吸引方法の組み合わせで行われる。

●超音波ガイド下FNACは非常に有用であるが，侵襲のある検査である。

●適切な細胞採取と適切な標本作製が求められる。

●検査の適応や手技，合併症を正しく理解することが重要である。
