水痘・帯状疱疹ウイルスワクチン

POINT

●水痘ワクチンは，水痘の患児より分離，継代された弱毒株（生ワクチン）であり，わが国では2014年から定期接種（2回）となった。

●定期接種直後から水痘の報告は激減したが，ブースター効果の低下による帯状疱疹患者数の増加が懸念されている。

●2016年3月，乾燥弱毒生水痘ワクチン「ビケン」に50歳以上の者に対する帯状疱疹予防の効能追加が認められた。

●近年，新規ワクチンとしてサブユニットワクチンや熱不活化ワクチンが開発され，ワクチンの使い分けや，より効果的な接種時期の検討が望まれる。
