Ramsay Hunt症候群—過去・現在・未来

Summary

●Ramsay Hunt症候群は，顔面神経の膝神経節に潜伏感染した水痘・帯状疱疹ウイルスの再活性化により発症する。

●顔面神経麻痺，耳介帯状疱疹，第8脳神経症状（めまい，難聴，耳鳴）を3主徴とするが，症状の発現と時期は不規則で，不全型ではBell麻痺との早期鑑別が困難である。

●薬物治療はステロイドと抗ヘルペス薬による早期併用療法と鼓室内ステロイド注入があり，重症例には顔面神経減荷術の選択肢がある。

●小児期の水痘ワクチン接種と成人の帯状疱疹ワクチン接種で発症を予防できる。
