ここを押さえておこう

●原発不明癌頸部リンパ節転移は必要な検査を行ったにもかからわず原発巣を見つけられない癌を指す．

●詳細な問診，リンパ節腫脹の部位，病理診断などから原発巣を推定し，内視鏡検査や画像診断などを加え系統立った検査を行い，原発不明癌を減らすことが大切である．

●原発不明癌であった場合は手術（頸部郭清術）に加え，術後治療を行うことが中心となる．一般的には原発不明癌頸部リンパ節転移の予後は良好である．
