POINT

●耳下腺悪性腫瘍の治療を考えるうえで重要な要素は，組織学的悪性度と病期である。

●顔面神経は術前に麻痺がなく，腫瘍との癒着がなければ温存を図る。

●顔面神経の合併切除に備えて迅速病理診断，即時再建の準備は常にしておく。
