局所療法のコツと注意点

POINT

●好酸球性副鼻腔炎は，局所の保存的治療での根治は困難であり，内視鏡下副鼻腔手術（ESS）による病変の除去と，局所療法を含めた術後の管理が重要である。

●局所ステロイド治療としては，①鼻噴霧用ステロイド，②滴下式ステロイド点鼻薬が挙げられる。喘息を合併し吸入ステロイドが使用されている症例では，③吸入薬の経鼻呼出が有効である。

●術後の再燃症例では，鼻内処置と局所ステロイドの併用も効果が期待できる。
