POINT

●好酸球性副鼻腔炎の病態形成因子は，Th2サイトカインとシステイニルロイコトリエンである。

●ロイコトリエン受容体拮抗薬は，鼻噴霧ステロイド薬と併用したほうが著効する。

●副腎皮質ステロイド薬の全身投与は，急性増悪期や術後に限った短期間投与が原則である。

●副腎皮質ステロイド薬の副作用とその予防策について紹介する。
