ESS術前の効果的なマネジメント

POINT

●好酸球性副鼻腔炎は難治性・易再発性であり，内視鏡下鼻内副鼻腔手術（ESS）の難度も高い。

●根治的なESSを行うためには術前マネジメントも重要である。

●気管支喘息の合併例が多いが，術前に適切な診断・治療が施されていない症例が少なくない。

●European Position Paperにおいて経口ステロイドの術前使用が推奨されており，円滑かつ安全にESSを完遂するうえで有用性は高いと考えられる。
