POINT

●video head impulse test（vHIT）は速い周波数に対する半規管機能を簡便に調べることが可能である。

●前庭誘発筋電位検査（VEMP）は，耳石器の機能を簡便に評価できる検査である。

●内耳造影MRI検査では，内リンパ水腫の有無について直接的に評価することができる。

●いずれの検査も，その原理や長所・短所について理解したうえでめまい診療に用いることが肝要である。
