POINT

●突発性難聴の臨床像の把握のためには，的確な診断が必要である。

●高度難聴例ほど，ステロイド治療を施行しても聴力改善率は乏しい。

●QOLに大きく影響する固定時の難聴遺残と耳鳴持続に対して，きめ細やかな対応が必要である。

●繰り返す感音難聴に対しては，より精査が必要である。
