POINT

●腓骨（皮）弁は腓骨動静脈を主な栄養血管とし，腓骨と腓骨動脈の穿通枝で栄養される皮島から構成される骨（皮）弁である。比較的長めの骨を採取可能で，特に中顔面や下顎の再建においては最も使用されることの多い硬性組織再建方法の1つである。

●肩甲骨（皮）弁は肩甲下動脈〜肩甲回旋動静脈を栄養血管とする骨（皮）弁であり，頭頸部・四肢の外傷や，腫瘍摘出による軟部組織欠損を伴う骨欠損症例がよい適応となる。

●肩甲骨（皮）弁は，胸背動静脈の角枝を利用することで血管柄をより長く採取でき，骨弁の長さに制限はあるものの頭頸部再建に用いることが可能である。
