POINT

●頭蓋底再建の最大の目的は頭蓋底と副鼻腔の確実な遮断である。

●小欠損にはpericranial flapや側頭筋弁などの局所皮弁が用いられるが，放射線照射例や栄養血管が切除される場合には不適である。

●遊離皮弁の際は移植床血管の候補が少ないため，確実な確保が必要である。
