POINT

●新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）では，エアロゾル感染が生じうる。

●ドリルを用いる骨削開は，エアロゾルが発生する手技（aerosol generating procedures：APG）である。

●手術を「緊急性のある耳科手術」「APG耳科手術」に分類し，地域ごとに対応を検討する。

●飛沫，エアロゾルの飛散軽減のため，手術用顕微鏡の対物レンズと術野をドレープで覆う方法が報告されている。
