POINT

●分子病理診断は，病理診断の補助と分子標的薬の選択に用いられている。

●がん遺伝子異常は，遺伝子変異，遺伝子増幅，融合遺伝子，蛋白過剰発現の4種類に大別される。

●中咽頭癌におけるヒトパピローマウイルス感染は病期の決定や治療方針に影響を与える。

●粘表皮癌，分泌癌，唾液腺導管癌では治療選択に分子病理診断が用いられつつある。
