Point

●術前穿刺吸引細胞診や画像所見から，できる限りの質的診断を行う．

●超音波検査，MRIで局在診断し，質的診断とともに，顔面神経の処理方法，および術後顔面神経麻痺のリスクを考えておく．

●悪性三徴候（疼痛，可動性不良，顔面神経麻痺）は良悪性および悪性度を反映する．
