POINT

●粒子線治療(重粒子線治療・陽子線治療)はX線治療と比較して線量集中性に優れる。

●重粒子線治療はX線治療と殺細胞作用が異なるため,X線抵抗性腫瘍にも効果が期待できる。

●粒子線治療は頭頸部悪性腫瘍(口腔・咽喉頭の扁平上皮癌を除く)に保険適用となっている。
