POINT

●原発性（副腎性）・続発性（視床下部・下垂体疾患性）副腎不全症と自己免疫・炎症性疾患では長期にステロイドを内服している。

●周術期のステロイド補充はヒドロコルチゾンを用い，急性副腎不全のリスクを回避する。

●侵襲の大きさに応じてヒドロコルチゾン補充量を決定する。

●急性副腎不全症を疑う場合，速やかにヒドロコルチゾンの投与を開始する。
