耳管ピンを用いた耳管開放症の治療

POINT

●耳管開放症は，多くの症例において生活指導または保存的治療にて改善する。

●耳管ピンは保存的治療にて症状がコントロールしえない難治症例に対する治療である。

●耳管ピン治療は2020年12月より保険適応となった。

●さまざまな所見を総合してピンのサイズを決定することが重要である。
