Point

●眼窩は副鼻腔の炎症が波及しやすい構造である。

●視力障害は不可逆になりやすく，緊急手術を検討する徴候である。

●早期の治療介入のためには他科との連携，知識啓蒙が重要である。

●緊急手術は内視鏡手術単独，外切開手術併用の選択肢がある。
