POINT

●見つけやすい頭蓋底ポイントを，術前CTでプランニングする。

●複数箇所で頭蓋底を同定し，わかりにくい場所はその前後から評価する。

●頭蓋底損傷が起きてしまったら，止血を十分に行い内視鏡視野を明瞭にして，頭蓋底面と髄液漏ポイントを確認する。

●損傷部位の辺縁を明瞭にし，損傷の大きさに合わせた自家組織での修復をする。
