POINT

●外耳道閉鎖症は，Jahrsdoerfer grading system 8点以上が外耳道造設術の適応と考えられる。

●内耳奇形は，蝸牛軸の有無と蝸牛神経低形成の有無によるシンプルなgrading systemが人工内耳装用効果に相関する。

●蝸牛神経管の径が1.5mm未満の場合は，蝸牛神経低形成が示唆される。
