POINT

◆前庭誘発頸筋電位（cVEMP）は球形囊-下前庭神経の機能検査として，前庭誘発眼筋電位（oVEMP）は卵形囊-上前庭神経の機能検査として応用される．

◆asymmetry ratio（AR）は末梢器とその求心神経の障害を，潜時の延長は中枢経路の障害を疑う所見である．

◆上半規管裂隙症候群の診断にVEMPの閾値測定，内リンパ水腫の推定にフロセミド負荷VEMP，周波数応答の測定が用いられる．
