POINT

◆唾液腺には全身性疾患である自己免疫疾患の病変が好発する．

◆好発する自己免疫疾患として，シェーグレン症候群，IgG4関連疾患が挙げられる．

◆本稿では，これらの自己免疫疾患の血清学的免疫関連検査に焦点を絞って概説する．
