POINT

●放射線治療による有害事象は，障害される臓器によって症状が出現する時期や完治までの期間が異なる。

●味覚低下，口腔内乾燥といった有害事象は治療期間中から出現するが，治療後も完治しないことがある。

●放射線治療後に生じる神経障害や筋肉組織への影響は不可逆的であることが多く，患者へは十分な説明が必要である。
